sensalytics and C&A begin Europe-wide partnership for innovative customer traffic measurement.

Stuttgart, May 05, 2024. C&A, one of the largest European fashion retailers, is partnering with sensalytics, a leading provider of real-world tracking technologies based in Stuttgart. As part of the partnership, Sensalytics will equip around 1,300 C&A stores across 17 European countries with advanced people-counting technology over the next 12 to 24 months. In Germany alone, around 400 stores will receive the new technology.

The rollout has already begun in seven countries. C&A's "Customer Counting" initiative offers a future-oriented solution for the chain's store management, focusing on precise customer counts and real-time data access.

Precise Counting Accuracy Provides Valuable Data

By implementing advanced 3D sensor technology and sensalytics' expertise, the "Customer Counting" system ensures precise counting accuracy. Currently, C&A stores access valuable live data via the sensalytics portal, which the internal IT department uses for reporting through an API.

By using state-of-the-art technology, they set new standards for store management and customer interaction in the industry.
