With this privacy statement, sensalytics GmbH informs you about the use of your personal data on the website sensalytics.net as well as your rights. We take the protection of your personal data seriously and adhere to all applicable data protection laws and regulations of the Federal Republic of Germany. In particular, we collect, process and use your personal data only where you have given your consent or where permitted by law.

Please note that when using the sensalytics application, a separate privacy statement shall apply.

PERSONAL DATA

LOG FILES

DATA COLLECTED AND PROCESSED BY YOU

The use of the website is basically possible without providing personal data. Otherwise, we only collect, process and use your data to provide you with the information, services or offers you have requested, e. g. if you send us a message or an email or use our chat. The information can be found in the input fields. Only information labelled as mandatory is required. Further information is optional. GOOGLE WEB FONTS

Google Web Fonts from Google, Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA Google) are incorporated on this website. This is a Content Delivery Network (CDN) which enables the display of fonts. Google Web Fonts are integrated via a Java script code and require Google to perceive the IP address of the users. The IP address is required to send the content to the user's browser. By using Google Web Fonts, Google's servers outside the EU (e. g. in the USA) may be accessed when using this website, thus, Google is theoretically informed about the use of the offer. We would like to point out that Google has its own privacy policy, which is independent of ours. GOOGLE ANALYTICS

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google (Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Google Analytics uses cookies, which enable an analysis of your use of our website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored. We use Google Analytics with the extension “_anonymizeIp()“, so that the IP addresses transferred to Google are only processed there in a shortened form in order to exclude direct personal reference. GOOGLE ADWORDS CONVERSION TRACKING

We also use Google AdWords Conversion Tracking. Google AdWords will set a cookie on your computer if you have accessed our website via a Google ad. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages of our site and the cookie has not expired yet, we and Google can see that someone clicked on the ad and was directed to our site. Each AdWords customer gets a different cookie. Cookies cannot be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers. The information gathered from the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. AdWords customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were directed to a conversion tagged page. However, we do not receive any personally identifiable information. If you do not wish to participate in the tracking procedure, you can also refuse to accept the necessary setting of a cookie, for example by setting your browser in a way that the automatic setting of cookies is generally deactivated. ZOHO CRM

For our chat and contact form we use the customer relationship management system Zoho CRM, a service of ZOHO CORPORATION B. V. (Hoogoorddreef 15,1101 BA, Amsterdam, Netherlands). Zoho enables us to contact you, as well as you to contact us, via a chat function which is located on the edge of your browser. If you use this function, your data and the information provided may be disclosed to Zoho. The Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd. (Estancia IT Park, Plot No. 140 151, GST Road, Vallancherry Village, Chengalpattu Taluk, Kanchipuram District 603 202, Indien) is also engaged in the provision of Zoho. Please note that India being a third country does not provide for an adequate level of data protection and that there is no adequacy decision of the EU Commission. However, the Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd has provided sufficient safeguards to ensure an adequate level of data protection as we signed the contract for the data processing carried out by Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd. based on the EU standard contractual clauses for commissioned data processing in third countries. TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES

As a matter of principle, we will only disclose your personal data where we are obliged to do so by law or based on an official or court order or if you have given your consent. However, we reserve the right to commission third parties to process your data on our behalf. These third parties shall act exclusively and strictly in accordance with our instructions as commissioned data processors and shall only receive the data that they require for the specific work commissioned by us.

DATA SECURITY

We take all legal precautions to protect your personal data from loss, destruction, falsification, manipulation and unauthorized access. Although communication via our app is encrypted, you should be aware that no internet transmission is 100% secure or error-free. Please take this into account when using this website.
