This is based on the so-called 'CX Engine', a unique technology tool with real-time tracking and powerful analytics software. In addition, another commerce engine is implemented for personalized content and shopping functionalities. Based on the latest technology, the store concept brings together online and offline data to create a truly holistic omnichannel experience for customers.

RETAIL ANALYTICS

RETAIL ANALYTICS is not only relevant for online retail. The stationary retail also has an interest in obtaining precise key figures on its own customers. PEOPLE COUNTING and PATH ANALYTICS form the foundation.

You use the number of passers-by and visitors for the BASIS ANALYSIS of the stationary retail. Thanks to our REAL-TIME ANALYSIS, you can also keep an eye on the occupancy of your premises at any time and react immediately.

With our path analytics system, you can go one step further: track the paths of all persons and classify them accordingly, e.g. in INTEREST, BUYER and STAFF. The sensors can also determine dwell times and interactions of customers with staff.
